Be cautious with these low carb mini cookies because you may find yourself eating the entire bag! They are crisp, crunchy and will satisfy any keto craving you may be having when on a low carb diet.
These low carb cookies contain erythritol which gives off a cooling sensation when you are eating them. I don’t mind the cooling sensation, but many people can’t stand the feeling so I decided to mention it. Taste wise these have a bit of a coconut undertone and aren’t sickly sweet. They are very similar to Chips Ahoy cookies.
Net carbs are 2 per serving. 11 total carbs – 2 fiber – 7 erythritol sugar alcohol = 2 x 2 servings = 4 net carb per bag.
They look a lot like Chips Ahoy Cookies! Perfect for those late night keto snack munchies.
Fat Snax is giving its run to competitors. These cookies have a mild aftertaste of sweetener, have a wonderful flavor, and are low in carbs.
Ginger Turmeric– Flavor was very similar to a very gingery cookie. I couldn’t taste the turmeric so I’m guessing they added it because it’s a health benefit. They taste very good with cream cheese or mash these keto cookies up with some berries.
Lemon- Lemon cookies are a little harder to replicate in the kitchen. Fat Snax lemon cookie has a really nice lemon flavor, without being overpowering or overly sour with the lemon flavor. The cookie is sweet and, as with all 3 cookies, moist and nicely “cakey.”
Peanut Butter – These cookie were just okay. I personally prefer to make the low carb 4 ingredient peanut butter cookies as they are fast and affordable.
Chocolate Chip– The chocolate chip flavor is their best flavor. It’s amazing. They aren’t too sweet, and there aren’t that many chips but the taste is very good. Try them with peanut butter, cream cheese, or low carb halo top ice cream.
Man, there is nothing like coming home to fresh baked sugar cookies. Thankfully, you don’t have to get rid of keto snacks on a low carb diet because there are plenty of substitutes.
A great low carb substitute is Good Dee’s sugar-free Sugar Free Cookie mix. They are the perfect low carb baked cookies.
A package of the low carb baked cookies makes around 12 cookies. You will need coconut oil, butter, vanilla extract, and 1 egg to complete the batch. I personally don’t like Quest Protein Cookies at all, but a lot of people do so I decided to mention these low carb chocolate chip protein cookies in the post.
They have about 1g of sugar making them very appealing for someone who is strict about there diet. They contain a lot of erythtritol which can cause some stomach issues, so you will be find if you limit yourself to one cookie a day.

These keto cookies are scrumptious and taste just like a pecan sandie. They go great with a glass of vanilla almond milk. They have a slight cooling effect due to the erythritol. I gave a few cookies to some friends and they couldn’t tell tell that these were a low carb snack!
They are crunchy around the edges and soft on the inside. The instructions are easy to follow, and the package makes 12 cookies, but I ended up making 16 cookies! The keto cookie snacks baked very quickly in the oven, and are perfect for birthday or work place events.
ChoZero Low Carb Dark chocolate taste exactly like chocolate. Way better than a Hershey’s chocolate bar, you won’t be missing out on anything….ncluding guilt. Be warned though…. you may find yourself eating the entire package! I’ve made this mistake one to many times…

Cacao nibs are a wonderful addition to your morning drink. You can make a delicious smoothie snack drink with 2 cups of hot water, with cacao nubs, cinnamon, ginger, dashes of cayenne and turmeric and a TBSP of coconut oil. Use an immersion blender to blend all of the ingredients together and you have a great alternative version of bullet-proofed coffee.
On top of that cacao( pure and unprocessed, not Hershey’s chocolate bar) is one of the best sources of magnesium, help you lose weight, prevent anemia, and get your needed daily fiber.

Quest chips Tortilla style are a great keto replacement for regular chips. Each bag contains around 20-21 grams of fiber, are gluten-free, no unadded sugar or unnecessary carbs. Quest uses dair-based proteins to create their chips, cookies, and other protein based products.
What stands out about quest chips is that it is a different texture than chips. It kind of tastes like crackers with a delicious ranch flavor.The chips aren’t as thick as high carb tortilla chips, and the mouth-feel is a little bit different, but after a couple of bags it will the new “normal”. They fit perfectly in your purse or backpack, so you are able to whip a bag out when the occasion calls.
They are a bit pricey, but for someone who doesn’t eat regular chips these are nice to have around.
I love these! They are very flavorful and tasty; however, I feel that, for the price, you don’t get a lot. A good alternative to these can be found at Trader Joes. They have some delicious truffle flavored cheddar cheese crisps at an amaazing price.

I was pleasantly surprised by these low carb flax seed crackers. They have some bad reviews due to the flax seedy-ness of the cracker. The taste is not for everyone. However, if you don’t mind a lot of the health foods on the market these may be for you.
They are great for dips, spreads, or as a snack. Try them with a little bit of salami and a little cream cheese for a killer good snack.
These low carb flaxseed snacks are delicious.
They are light and crisp like a cracker, rather than heavy like trail mix, even though they are packed with nutrients and energy that keep me full for hours.
Try them with some avocado or add some cottage cheese for a killer combination.
Each crisp is huge, sturdy, and it came so well packed that not a single one was broken. Really scrumptious with chicken salad and fish dip- perfect for anyone on a low carb diet.

These bars are wonderful for busy students, mothers, and professionals. It contains minimal ingredients and nothing strange. These low carb bars are dairy free, contains collagen protein, and is a wonderful balance of macronutrients ratios which reflect different types of eating styles.
The taste isn’t too sweet, and has a great flavor. The texture is soft, and chewy.

Watch out on the hummus and carrots. This is snack is a little bit on the high side when it comes to carbs, but in moderation this a healthy snack that will sooth cravings

I was a little bit put off on these, but once I tried it ..it amazed and delighted me!
When choosing pork rinds, make sure to choose high quality rinds without MSG. I happen to be sensitive to MSG and it slows down my weight loss.
Cottage Cheese and Raspberries
This is a delicious dessert. Yup, raspberries are now a dessert. Once you get used to a keto diet, fruit is returned to the natural sweetness.
This is my go too snack. It’s cheap, and fills me up. And it’s fun to eat!

These can be cooked ahead of time, and saved for later. I have also seen them pop up at different stores, but are fairly expensive.
You can buy bacon slices in the store, or can make your own jerky. Especially good for hiking trips.
Beef and Turkey Jerky
You can buy this at the store, but be careful of the carb count. These often have a lot of different additives. Best bet is to buy your own jerky maker, and make it yourself. It will be cheaper, and taste better.

Surprisingly a delicious combo. slice up some pickles and eat it with cheddar cheese.
Bacon, Lettuce and tomato wraps
Wrap up a lettuce tomato bacon, and mayo to get a delicious combo.
This one sounds a little weird, but it’s common in other countries. Just melt some cheese in the microwave, and you have a very filling snack!
Plain, Full Fat Yogurt
I mix yogurt with some trivia, and berries and it makes for a DIVINE dessert. I’m telling you, once you change the taste of your buds a whole new world will open up to you.
Asparagus and bacon bundles
The best appetizer ever, and easy. Just get about two or three asparagus stalks, and wrap it up with bacon and you have a killer combination.
Cucumbers and Ranch Dip
This is fresh and delicious. Great for a light snack. Be careful of the ranch dip you choose, because some of it is loaded with freshness.
Berries are your new dessert. This may be foreign to you, as in America it’s a health food. Many countries serve berries as a dessert, and it makes sense! They are mostly sugar!
Stick to strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Blueberries are too high in sugar
Choose high quality. A lot of processed meats have fillers in them, which is not good for you or weight loss efforts. Always COUNT HEALTH FIRST.
Go to the deli, and pay a little extra. Your body will thank you.
Do not eat any chocolate with SUCRALOSE OR MALTILOL. These have been shown to raise blood sugar higher than regular sugar.

Slice up some tomatoes and put tuna and mayo on it ( can you tell that I love mayo?) I also really like making tuna melts with cheese
